Position: HR Specialist


Location: San Diego, CA - Scripps Ranch


Schedule: Full-time, on-site.


Pay: $70,000 per year


Responsibilities


• Perform a wide range of HR functions


• Develop and implement recruitment strategies


• Implement employee onboarding and training


• Manage employee records, prepare reports, and process paperwork


• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations


• Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws


• Coordinate employee learning and development


• Provide information to employees regarding benefits


• Handle sensitive employee information


• Develop and administer compensation structures


• Oversee employee relations


• Assist with payroll as needed


Requirements


• 5+ years of HR experience within the construction industry


• Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant fields preferred


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
