Established firm is seeking a Legal Administrative Receptionist to cover in their office in La Jolla. This is a temporary role starting the third week of October. The position requires providing front desk reception duties and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Client intake and scheduling appointments
Assist with basic administrative tasks
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Top Requirements:
Bilingual - Spanish-speaking
Available onsite from 9 AM to 5 PM
Familiarity with Dropbox and MS Office (Outlook, Calendar, Word)

Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM (1-hour lunch break)
