One of our top clients is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support their Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the HR department. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including processing paperwork and maintaining personnel records
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, resume reviews, and interview scheduling
Conduct background checks and employment verifications
Support new employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials and managing documentation
Help with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing
Maintain HR databases and employee files, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
Assist in preparing HR reports and compiling data for compliance and audits
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred)
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with HRIS systems or ability to quickly learn new software
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
