Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accurate compilation, timely reporting, and analysis of data to assist with business evaluation and decision-making.
Monthly participate in close activities including but no limited to JE preparation, P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support monthly expense and headcount management. Partner with GBS teams to ensure results are accurate and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Assist in variance analysis for monthly report outs to site leadership team.
Support Canadian tax reporting.
Manage fixed asset financials.
Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
0-2 years' of relevant work experience
Hiring Criteria:
Excellent MS Excel Skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to juggle multiple projects and implement them successfully
Self-motivated with a bias for action
Commitment to continued learning
Possess high level of integrity and ethics
