We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join us at our Washington, DC headquarters, as part of our Corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment. This position will be onsite full-time.




In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



Provide critical administrative support to multiple executive leaders within our corporate organization, including:




  • Chief Communications Officer




  • Vice President of HR - Danaher Corporate




  • Vice President of HR Shared Services & Operations






The essential requirements of the job include:



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple leaders, including calendar management, domestic and international travel arrangements, and expense reporting



  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings and team gatherings, including agenda preparation, technology needs, presentations, meeting minutes, action plans, bowlers and other key deliverables




  • Serve as a point of contact between leaders, EAs, and internal/external stakeholders; further actively participate and interface with project groups as needed




  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism across multiple company channels




  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements through the creation of standard work and/or streamlining processes to improve efficiency






The essential requirements of the job include:






  • Demonstrated multiple years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a corporate setting supporting c-suite executives





  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize





  • Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills





  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software





  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze possible solutions while using or creating standard procedures






It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:





  • Experience working in a human resources or similar corporate enabling function




  • Familiarity with navigating complex matrixed organizational structures




  • A proactive mindset with a tendency to anticipate needs and offer solutions before problems arise







Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:





  • 5% per business needs

The hourly range for this role is $43.00 to $55.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.


This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
