RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in the New Berlin, WI area that is looking for a Controller.

Summary:
The Controller has overall responsibility for the accuracy and timely preparation of the company financial statements and must provide strong financial leadership to direct reports and other administrative staff who post the accounting entries. The Controller is the primary liaison with our internal and external Accounting Professionals and has overall responsibility for providing the trial balances, cash flow statements, and any other work papers in support of our Annual Review and Collateral Audits with our multiple lenders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting


• CPA Preferred


• 3-7 years of accounting experience with a track record of increasing roles and responsibilities


• Some management experience


• Working Conditions: In office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
