This Architecture shop is a small, woman-owned, minority-led business that operates in New York City. The core focus of this firm is high-end residential projects across the 5 boroughs, typically Manhattan & Brooklyn. The staff is a small and close-knit group that functions well as a team. Because of the pipeline of work, the company is growing! This company typically focuses on high-end residential work, but is able to do mid-level if they would like to add to the existing pipeline. They are looking for solid, long-term, passionate individuals to join as an Architectural Design Project Manager.



-Your new role-


As an Architectural Design Project Manager, you will design, manage, and oversee architectural projects on a day-to-day basis from schematic design all the way through to construction administration and closeout. Working alongside the Principal of the firm, this individual should be someone that is willing to be an active member of small teams, cares about taking care of the client, and is flexible when it comes to working in teams.



-What you'll need to succeed-

• Degree in Architecture required (Masters preferred).
  
  


• 5+ years' experience in an Architecture firm.
  
  


• Experience working at an established shop, as well as a smaller shop, is preferred.
  
  


• High-end residential experience in NYC or Long Island.
  
  


• Proficiency with AutoCAD required.
  
  


• Expertise in drafting and hand sketching required.
