Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Technical Program Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday, and is open to candidates in Richfield, MN, Seattle, WA, and Atlanta, GA.

As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you will be part of a shared service team of approximately 40 TPMs, supporting various complex programs across the Data & AI space. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end delivery of AI models for use in customer experiences. This role will have a heavy focus on the Applied Machine Learning (AML) organization, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals experienced in planning, tracking, and driving initiatives with data and AI dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and track dependencies
- Communicate effectively at various levels, from senior leadership to dependent teams
- Understand and manage the end-to-end AI model delivery process, from data dependencies through model testing and delivery
- Advocate for the end-to-end AI Enablement process, inclusive of Responsible AI guiding principles
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of AI model delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management skills
