The Behavioral Health Report Supervisor (Spanish Bilingual) oversees the Behavioral Health Report Specialist(s) and ensures they deliver the appropriate reports to prevent and detect sexual abuse/sexual harassment and other reports and grievances. This role also directs a team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and timely, by providing direction and support, delegating tasks, setting expectations, monitoring performance, delivering coaching and training, resolving conflicts, promoting accountability, and ensuring policy compliance. 

Essential Functions:


  • Oversee all behavioral health report specialists

  • Ensure quality measures and outcomes are met in accordance with best practice

  • Respond to all ORR and PSA Coordinator requests

  • Responsible for ongoing compliance with ORR standards on all significant incident reporting, client incident reports, grievances, and client request forms

  • Compile data and create reports, as necessary

  • Keep track and follow up with youth throughout the process to ensure all steps in the process are completed

  • Work with other program area Directors or Leads to ensure service delivery, safety plans, regulations, and guidelines are followed and maintained

  • Meet deadlines and timeframes

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Knowledgeable of sexual assault and harassment procedures

  • Knowledgeable of significant incident reports, client incident reports, grievances, and client request forms

  • Ability to problem solve, identify root causes, and find appropriate solutions

  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment and maintain professionalism with internal and external clients

  • Comfortable speaking with medical, legal, and law enforcement professionals

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, SharePoint and other company systems and resources

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to work with high-stress and sensitive cases

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

 Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent, preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar role within behavioral health

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in ORR and a minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience

  • Must be able to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time, move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)

  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment

Pay: Up to $90,000 annually
