As Senior Manager, Adult & Feminine Care (AFC) Transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of a $2B business including U by Kotex®, Thinx®, Poise®, and Depend® through strategic analysis and transformation initiatives.  You will be part of the broader Kimberly-Clark North America Personal Care team, reporting to the Head of AFC Transformation and collaborating with teams within Kimberly-Clark North America as well as the Global Sector Strategy organization.

In this role you will:


  • Play a key role in setting the long-term ambition and goals for the AFC portfolio, helping to define where to play and how to win with our key brands to ensure market leadership


  • In partnership with GMs, make adjustments to existing strategies based upon new learnings and changes in the competitive environment


  • Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and uncover insights to drive AFC transformation to deliver growth and profitability


  • Drive connection & scale between KCNA and the global team / regions to ensure the best ideas travel faster


  • Analyze competitive intelligence from cross-functional, multi-national sources across the company and translate to meaningful implications and actions


  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, new categories, and long-term product, promise, and channel innovation


  • Evaluate the portfolio and make recommendations on changes to the focus and levels of investment/ resource allocation


  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Sr Directors/VPs and brand managers to drive synergies and strategies within AFC and across Personal Care

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience, including strategy & transformation or management consulting; preference for 2+ years of experience in consulting


  • MBA from top-tier business school preferred


  • Analytical and Quantitative: Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to independently generate strategic insights from complex data


  • Written and Verbal Communication: Effective communication and presentation skills, including strong PowerPoint / deck-writing skills; capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience and diverse stakeholders


  • Structured Problem Solving: Brings structure to ambiguous problems and possesses the ability to frame key questions and develop a workplan to answer them


  • Influence and Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate and influence teams and cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed organization, including KCNA strategy, marketing directors, research & engineering, regional sector teams, digital CoE, and global teams


  • Project Management: Ability to scope projects, deliver results against set expectations, timelines, budgets


  • Consumer-Centric: Consumer-centric, growth minded, and drives decisions based in consumer insights and demand/needs spaces


  • Initiative and Motivation: Highly motivated self-starter who is performance driven, with demonstrated track record of success working in a fast-paced setting


  • Consumer (CPG and Retail) Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of key players, dynamics and trends, key industry analyses and metrics, etc., specifically related to Adult & Feminine Care categories
