This position functions as an important part of the Enterprise Network Design function by providing strategic direction and work planning for enterprise-wide initiatives. The role is primarily responsible for leading program management of Enterprise Network Strategy & Design deliverables and partnering with the Network Design & Strategy Director in the development of strategic insights and recommendations for ELT-level Supply Chain decisions. Responsibilities include providing indirect leadership to a team of 5+ Sr. Strategy Analysts and a range of ESC and Segment team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align critical parties/stakeholders to coordinated program management plans including objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resourcing

  • Lead workstreams, execution plans, and cross functional resources to deliver per plan.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and working teams in the synthesis of analytics/benchmarking into E2E Supply Chain recommendations supporting Enterprise strategies

  • Lead outline, creation, and alignment to report out and recommendation materials for range of audiences including ELT

  • Co-create Network Design program and technology innovation pipeline

  • Provide indirect leadership to Enterprise Network Design team and other members of the program teams ranging in levels and expertise

  • Maintain close coordination with stakeholders, Workstream Leaders, and project managers/initiative owners to ensure effective execution and value delivery

  • Create overall program performance visibility: identify, solve, and/or escalate potential roadblocks, late deliverables, resource needs, etc. to maintain program timeline and delivery

  • Actively participate in workstream meetings and problem solves; act as a thought-leader and challenge team to think "full potential"

Competencies/ Skills & Requirements:


  •  Strong experience in a Supply Chain strategy or Supply Chain function role with background in data analytics

  • Strategic thinking capabilities with ability to connect organizational goals with short-, mid-, and long-term recommendations + action plans

  • Ability to maintain working knowledge of and apply End-to-End supply chain design concepts

  • Ability to work and lead through ambiguity

  • Ability to manage programs and indirect teams in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to lead, facilitate and manage change effectively

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Qualifications/Education/Experience Required:


  • B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related topics

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Strategy or Engineering role

  • Experience transforming analytics into strategic insights and recommendations for executive-level decision making

  • Experience in program management and indirect leadership of working teams of varying sizes / role levels

  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal, utilizing a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization

  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • PowerBI or similar data visualization software experience preferred

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Advanced degree preferred

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $158,000 - $195,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
