Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to be responsible for Personal Care and Tissue’s end-to-end Value Stream driving strategic data architecture, analytics , cross-functional collaboration, and insights generation to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across the product lifecycle.  

Role Accountabilities 

• Define and stand up Enterprise VS Data & Analytics COE that drive insights to support sector VS value delivery in reducing cost and driving consumer value 


• Execute benchmarking initiatives with consumer products, peer companies ensuring competitive understanding  to drive business-relevant improvements to K-C’s 


• Orchestrate with the broader ESC team to advance, innovate and design for the sector value stream team requirements on data and analytics 


• Develop and maintain database to support all reporting & value delivery tracking (Wave, Financial Data) 


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and create top level initiatives to drive end-to-end value stream for the sector 


• Translates business strategy and support data requirements.  


• Document data standards and maintain them with a continuous improvement mindset. 


• Strong commercial partnership and understanding of the customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected 


• Expand and develop strategies to utilize technology as a differentiator and enabler to understanding the consumer Develop and motivate top-tier technical talent 


• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the EVS, including metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or related field 


• 10+ years of proven experience in driving analytics – extracting data from various sources, compiling to enable analytics, use of analytical software i.e. PowerBI, Wave etc., and creating and communicating summary insights and recommendations.  


• Experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry, with a proven track record of driving process improvements 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making 


• Process management experience. 


• Experience in end-to-end innovation cycles  


• Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills 


• Global operations experience, including familiarity with international manufacturing and supply chain practices 


• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies 


• Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally
