Project Manager- Vendor Repair

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, proficiency with Salesforce.com, and knowledge of SAP T-codes. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with pricing and quotes are essential for this role.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with vendors to send units for repair and track the shipment status.


• Manage the vendor out process in SAP and work with vendors to obtain quotes.


• Perform detailed analyses to support pricing decisions and complete the necessary documentation.


• Generate quotes and send them to end customers for approval.


• Follow up with customers to address quote approvals, missing information, or additional details.


• Conduct daily calls with customers to expedite responses and resolve issues.


• Approve quotes in the system and communicate with vendors once quotes are approved by customers.


• Monitor order status and work with vendors to determine estimated ship dates.


• Perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) transactions in SAP.


• Engage with Backend CSR teams via Z-tasking, IM, or phone calls.


• Participate in daily or weekly status calls with end customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications
Basic

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 7 years of relevant work experience

Preferred

• Strong understanding of MRO processes.


• Proven experience in vendor management.


• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and SAP T-codes.


• Solid grasp of pricing and quoting processes.


• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.
