About the role:
As a Staff Accountant with TQL, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and communicating vital financial information and business metrics to our stakeholders. By pursuing efficiency and improvement, you’ll be a part of a team that is helping accelerate TQL’s rapid growth nationwide.

What you’ll be doing:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reports
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and adjustments
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Review employee expense reports and prepare accruals for expenses
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (internships included)
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
