Job Description:
Fleet diesel and gas experience or trade school training are highly desirable. Must be able to maintains a diverse range of equipment including delivery vehicles, heavy duty machinery, on road tractors, and trailers from a variety of manufacturers. Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are encouraged to maintain/repair various systems including hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electronics, and engines. UPS Automotive Technicians must be at least 21 years old, proficient operating standard transmission vehicles and meet DOT driving requirements, be CDL qualified as required by job assignment. Technicians should have a complete set of hand tools. We are looking for a team player who will be able to perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The starting pay for this position is $38.43 per hour. For union-represented postings, wage rates and ranges and benefit offerings are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreement provisions.
