The Candidate will perform highly advanced User Experience (UX) Design tasks working as a member of a cross-functional agile team supporting multiple business units. Work involves translating user goals and business objectives into online experiences that enhance the user experience. Candidate will participate in the development and analysis of business requirements, develop prototypes, mockups, flows, and assist in the creation of style guides and design documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing product experiences using best practices in UX design, interaction design, and web accessibility


• Creating conceptual models, use cases/scenarios, mock-ups, user flow diagrams, prototypes, style guides, and specification documents as part of a comprehensive development strategy


• Defining success metrics with cross-functional teams to measure success of UX initiatives


• 
  

  Establishing and maintaining design standards and patterns for product areas assigned

  Experience with highly complex application security requirements

  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as a professional UX Designer leading the full design process from user research and interviews, insights, and strategy, to ideation, prototyping, and testing, and through to delivery of final designs.


• Experience in user-centered and human-centered design approaches, as well as how to optimize websites and web applications for those interactions


• Knowledge of Bootstrap, Microsoft ASP.NET, and Azure


• Knowledge of other web technologies, such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, REST, AJAX, XML, HTTPS
