Location: Louisville, KY

Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a degreed Maintenance Manager in Louisville, KY area! The qualified candidate will lead all plant maintenance and assigned projects.



Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe and effective use of all resources


• Supervise and coach all direct reports


• Ensure compliance to all regulations


• Direct mechanics in approved maintenance work


• Assign and inspect all preventative maintenance work orders


• Assign and track all skills training and development on each maintenance team member


• Ensure safe work practices throughout the facility


• Provide leadership in troubleshooting work equipment


• Report all work through CMMS


• Familiar with SQF 2000 Systems

Requirements:

• Must have union experience


• Must have a Six Sigma, TPM, Predictive Maintenance, type of background


• Engineering degree required


• 5+ years maintenance supervisor experience


• Experience in the food industry


• Knowledge of GMP, EPA, and OSHA


• Experience in continuous improvement activities


• Strong analytical skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Proven leadership skills
