Job Title: Transformation Coaching Consultant (Contingent)


Location: Minneapolis, MN


Job Description: As a Transformation Coaching Consultant, you will:

• Serve as an expert to develop and influence initiatives and resources for complex business and technical needs in Transformation Coaching.


• Consult on strategies and resolve unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.


• Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.


• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions in Transformation Coaching.


• Engage strategically with client personnel.

• DevSecOps


• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible / Terraform)


• CI/CD (Artifactory and other tools)


• Code Management (GitHub)


• Unit and Integration Testing


• Cloud (AWS / Google)


• Coaching / Mentoring

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or Product Owner) or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
