Fred Beans Hyundai of Doylestown is currently looking for a Sales Assistant to
help assist one of our top Sales Staff with day to day responsibilities!
Hours: Monday- Saturday 9am-4pm (day off during the week)

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Entering customers into CRM, inputting used car descriptions,
uploading used car pictures, ordering brochures, providing
administrative support to sales.
Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate
department or individual, or takes a message.
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and
efficient manner.
Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using an
ups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method established
by the dealership.
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely
manner.
Assist with clerical duties as requested.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements
Proficiency in basic computer skills, must also meet qualifications for
a Sales consultant.
High school diploma.
Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record.
Strong focus on quality, integrity, customer satisfaction and
professionalism.
Excellent communication and listening skills
