Job Overview:
We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties in beautiful Perdido Key, Gulf Shores, AL, and Orange Beach, AL!
This role is essential for our company's success. The Property Inspector's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners. Secondary responsibility is to complete minor maintenance tasks as needed at the properties.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect rental properties for cleaning and maintenance issues.Report any identified cleaning and maintenance issues to the correct department.Prepare the property for guest and owner arrivals.Manage property inventory and staging.Deliver needed items to guests.Assist with Laundry sorting in the office.Light maintenance in units
