This position will:
Review and decision a continuous volume of credit applications for varying customer types and dollar amounts. Communicates credit decisions and policies to sales companies, fellow employees, and credit applicants. Leads a small team responsible for underwriting, processing, and accounts receivable. Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy. Prepares and presents reporting regarding department metrics and credit trends. Helps to update and improve credit rating criteria. Oversees or undertakes document preparation.
