The Finance Graduate Program is a two-year commitment designed to grow recent college graduates into supply chain finance professionals. As an Associate, Finance Graduate Program, you will learn about logistics and leadership by gaining working knowledge of the different facets of our business, including operations, financial planning & analysis, pricing, and controllership. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn firsthand from a team of professionals who strive toward the common goals of providing the best service to our customers and being the leader in the logistics industry. What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Participate in a series of two rotational assignments, lasting approximately 12 months each, including financial planning & analysis (operations and corporate), pricing, and controllership.

  • Communicate effectively with the GXO Graduate Program Manager, reporting manager, mentor, leadership, team members and other departments.

  • Learn the basic job functions and perform responsibilities relative to the rotational assignment to meet weekly goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with various functional teams, including operations, controlling, auditing, accounting, IT, invoicing, and new site implementation.

  • Take initiative to learn GXO finance and account operations with online resources, reading, observing, and working alongside several of our associates

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field, obtained within 18 months of June 2025 program start date.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

  • Advanced Excel skills in the creation of complex formulas.

  • Must be able to travel or relocate to any location within the United States in which GXO operations for the program rotation, promotion opportunity and end of program placement.


It'd be great if you also have:

  • Finance related college project or industry internship

  • Ability to take responsibility for your own actions by demonstrating integrity, work ethic, and professionalism to develop better relationships with team members and key partners.

  • Availability to work alternate hours including days, evenings, nights and weekends, and travel on occasion depending on the rotational assignment

  • Manage your time effectively by organizing, prioritizing, and planning activities to complete your assignments on time.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present information and data in an organized and audience appropriate manner.

  • Knowledge or experience with PowerBI, Oracle, HFM, and/or BlackLine software applications.


This job requires the ability to:

  • Lift objects up to 10lbs.

  • Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time.

  • Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.
