Position Summary

The Analyst, Sales Execution is an integral part of the best-in-class Space and Shopper-First Shelf programs at Constellation. This role is critical for effective data management, analytics, reporting and space team support that make our programs come to life. These programs are key in achieving total company goals related to volume and distribution plans.

This role is the go-to expert on all systems/tools that support Space and SFS programs, such as Anaplan, Power BI, IQ, GoSpotCheck, App 360 and more. Management and continuous improvement of these tools will facilitate goal performance tracking, analytics and actionable analysis for space and Shopper-First Shelf performance. This role will also play a crucial part in testing and developing new tools that will bring our programs to the next level in the years to come.

The Analyst will also develop and communicate effective presentations to a broad audience of sales leadership on a bi-weekly basis for our Sales Execution Calls. They will be a main point of contact for our space teams, developing a rapport and intimate understanding of the space team needs, challenges and opportunities for all things space & SFS related. 

Responsibilities


  • Expert on all systems/tools used to facilitate the Space and SFS programs

    • Anaplan for SFS and Space Updates. Manage 2X weekly refreshes for space surveys, create tracking dashboards, manage SFS goal changes and inputs.

    • Power BI for Independent Space Dashboards. Manage 2X weekly refreshes for updated space data, manage space goals and update reports used to facilitate space insights.

    • Power BI site for SFS POGs. Facilitate reporting / dashboards to facilitate SFS insights.

    • JDA for POG uploading. Expert for all BUs to support the POG uploading process. Help test new tools for optimized POG uploads.

    • GoSpotCheck Account: host weekly meetings with GSC to resolve issues and plan for optimized tool outputs

    • Support new tool testing to evolve our programs, such as Pic-to-POG and Planogram integrity.



  • Present to senior leadership teams bi-weekly in the Sales Execution Call. Create and speak to Space & SFS updates in a professional manner to top sales leaders in the company

  • Manage SFS Independent incentives with sales teams and distributors as needed. Send out scorecards and help manage prizes as needed

  • Act as main POC for all Space Teams. Build rapport and trust with Space Managers and space specialists by understanding pain points, needs, questions, etc. Proactively schedule monthly meetings with each Space Manager, create agendas and present updates. Facilitate trainings when needed and create/share documentation to help train new space team members

  • Manage Launchpad Playbooks with Senior Analyst

  • Adhoc requests as needed that help support the space & SFS programs and Teams

Qualifications


  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is required, with emphasis in data analysis and modeling.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a strategic planning or reporting role within consumer package goods industry strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and results-orientation, with the ability to consistently meet commitments and deadlines.

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills are necessary, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, preferably has practical experience with PowerBI.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage or create large datasets and models.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with the ability to investigate the details and interpret the impact of key business drivers.

  • Some domestic travel required (5-10%).

  • Must be able to work in a professional corporate office environment.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear.


  • Must have close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral and color vision.

  • Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.

The salary range for this role is:

$66,600.00 - $139,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
