Location: Charlotte,NC Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote)

As an
Employee Engagement & Onboarding Consultant
you will :

    • Plan and execute employee engagement events, including New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions for cybersecurity professionals.
    • Facilitate both in-person and virtual events, ensuring effective communication and participation.
    • Create and publish a monthly cybersecurity newsletter, keeping employees informed about updates, events, and learning opportunities.
    • Oversee the SANS training voucher program, including approving employee requests, tracking voucher usage, and monitoring training outcomes.
    • Drive and track the completion of professional learning and development (LD) goals, with a focus on cloud certification and other cybersecurity certifications.
    • Facilitate various learning events and opportunities for cybersecurity staff.
    • Work closely with internal clients to understand learning needs, develop solutions, and assess effectiveness.
    • Provide consultation on learning strategies, including curriculum design, facilitation methods, and professional development pathways.
    • Utilize digital delivery platforms such as MS Teams, Skype, Zoom, and WebEx to support the facilitation of virtual learning sessions.
    • Manage and maintain training materials, eLearning content, and facilitator resources.
    • Support learning operations by managing rosters, tracking participation, and creating surveys to assess training effectiveness.
    • Design and analyze assessments to measure the impact of training programs.
    • Use survey tools to gather feedback and monitor employee satisfaction with learning programs.
    • Manage learning program data in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (M365) tools to track participation and outcomes.
An ideal candidate should have:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital survey tools.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in learning facilitation, assessment design, and analysis.
    • Experience in consulting with internal clients to assess business needs and provide tailored learning solutions.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
    • Expertise in digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Skype, Zoom, and WebEx.
    • Familiarity with learning management systems and managing learning operations.
    • Previous experience in a cybersecurity or technology-focused learning and development role .(Preferred)
    • Experience managing training programs and engagement initiatives within large, dynamic teams.
