performing secretarial and administrative duties for the Supervisor of Lease Administration and Compliance

answering multiple telephones, typing, filing, compiling and generating written communications, creating reports and presentations, performing research and other responsibilities as assigned

high school diploma or equivalent

six month experience performing clerical and secretarial duties

excellent verbal and written communication skills

accurate typing skills (50-60 wpm)

strong analytical skills

must be able to accurately and effectively handle an extreme high volume of detailed tasks and assignments

working knowledge of Word, Access, and Excel

must be able to work under deadlines and handle a high volume of work accurately

must possess a high level of confidentiality

must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record

good human relation skills (the ability to work well with others and to be a team member)

must show enthusiasm, initiative and pride in work and
