Provide overall administrative and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation, acceptance by customer and manage the work. This position is normally one of independent project supervision on small to medium size projects from the initial bid to final completion of project. Position has direct profit and loss responsibility.

Specific Role Responsibilities:
Initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete project
Prepare complete estimate for selected project with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, takeoff information, contracting, and the like
Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is completed in accordance with budget and schedule by monitoring construction schedules, milestones, job progress and completion
Includes interfacing with customer representatives, other contractors, etc.
Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering,)
Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract
Ensure projects are completed on time and in a safety manner
Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.
Initiate and maintain extra work estimating and change orders
Identify new and expanded business opportunities while at customer sites and through customer contacts while on job sites
Perform additional assignments per Supervisor's direction.

Position Requirements
Four year Construction Management, or Construction Engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience
Minimum of 1-3 years construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar trades or construction environment
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, estimating, schedules and safety required
Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills essential
Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Computer/Office Machines - Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook
English - proficient in business writing and verbal communication
Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required when duties require use of motor vehicle
Strong Financial Aptitude
Ability to manage projects on a day to day basis including but not limited to RFI's, change orders, and /or scope deviation.
Can communicate well with Field Personnel or customers /General Contractors
Knowledgeable on Time and Material billing,
Ability to pass pre-employment and random screening for illegal substances
