Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in facilitating team activities, developing and tracking metrics, and reporting all activities for 1-2 digital Product Teams. The Scrum Master will be an integral part of our client's mission to deliver an exceptional customer experience, aligned with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure assigned Product Team(s) adhere to the principles, values, and practices of Agile
- Remove internal obstacles that hinder the team's productivity and escalate external blockers to platform leadership and key stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned Product Team(s) digital capabilities and future vision
- Collaborate with Development Leads and Product Owners to promote a shared vision and roadmap
- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospective activities
- Assist Product Owners with backlog grooming
- Monitor team throughput and velocity, driving performance and continuous improvement

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years professional experience or technology project management experience, ideally with a digital commerce focus
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall development approaches
- Strong creative, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative global work environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years in an agile environment
- Experience in direct retail, e-commerce, or consulting environment
- Experience with leading ALM tools (JIRA/Version One/TFS/Agile Central/Rally, etc.)
- Ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
- General business and financial acumen
- High curiosity, problem-solving, and learning orientation
- Diverse work experience and background
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field
