Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $135,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Responsibilities:

Oversee Production Processes: Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and avoid stockouts.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Cost Control: Monitor production costs and develop strategies to reduce expenses.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all manufacturing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
