About the Role:
As a Closing Specialist, you'll be the person making sure all compliance requirements are met, fees are accurate, and all documents are finalized on time. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful loan closing, coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and closing agents to make it all happen.
Job responsibilities may encompass:
Managing a pipeline of loans. You'll take ownership of each one, ensuring every detail is in order and timelines are met.
Drafting and reviewing closing packages and working directly with loan teams and borrowers. Your goal is to ensure every loan closes on time and with top-notch quality.
Staying up to date on industry guidelines, ensuring all processes are compliant with ever-changing regulations.
