Position Overview: The Lubricant and DEF Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Keystone's lubricants and DEF distribution. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational oversight, and team management to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of products. This role will perform multiple tasks as needed and maintain a positive attitude towards work, customers, and the Keystone team.



Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Provides leadership for the on-going market analyses, including defining the competitor analysis, market demographics, market share, and other business intelligence such that we remain on the forefront of evolving our businesses to best compete.


  • Completes forecasting for on-going volume and sales initiatives monthly.


  • Analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.


  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies to meet customer needs and eliminate loss and waste.


  • Responsible for effectively managing P&L.


  • Manage operations to ensure all services and deliveries are completed according to operating standards and customer expectations.


  • Hire train, motivate, coach, and mentor employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance, and provide feedback as needed.


  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency enhancements.


  • Build customer trust and confidence with consistently high service and delivery standards.


  • Ensure DOT compliance including hours of service.


  • Follow and ensure compliance with all safety policies and federal, state, and local regulations; verify completion of all required safety training, inspections, and recordkeeping.


  • Ensure consistent and appropriate brand image for all equipment and behaviors.


  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the energy division and company objectives.





Skills and Qualifications:


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.


  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.


  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize.





Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience in the petroleum industry.


  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a leadership role.


  • 5+ years of P&L responsibility
