Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a mid-sized law firm in Costa Mesa who is looking to hire a Litigation Secretary for the firm. This is a direct hire role with a competitive salary and solid benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise legal documents, emails, and correspondence
Assemble documents and exhibits for court and legal proceedings
Proofread materials for accuracy and format
Manage mail, emails, and attorney calendars
Maintain client files and ensure deadlines are recorded
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for attorneys
Prior experience as a litigation legal secretary (state and federal e-filing and court calendaring)
Proficient in MS Office Suite and document management systems (iManage, NetDocs)
Ability to type 70 wpm and manage workflow for multiple attorneys
Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Details:
Full-time position
Pay: $65,000 - $95,000/year
