Job Description:



Join our dynamic hybrid-remote team as a Data Quality Analyst, and leverage your SQL skills to analyze, query, and manipulate data, ensuring adherence to business rules and procedures. Collaborate across teams to uphold data quality and integrity. If you have a knack for problem-solving, strong project management skills, and a background in data analysis, we want to hear from you!



Job Responsibilities:



  • Utilize tools (Microsoft SQL Server) to analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures


  • Log defects and tracks trends


  • Provide oversight and management of the offshore QA team to ensure work adherence, quality output, and timely delivery


  • Develop test plans for new data acquisitions and ensure proper testing in development


  • Test or Validate business rules for automated QC Tool for Production data load


  • Coordinate within various teams to ensure open items for automated QC Tool is completed timely


  • Maintain inventory and ensure enforcement of data quality rules


  • Interface with Data Operations or Governance to receive and/or provide inputs with respect to data quality reporting


  • Perform regression testing at critical junctions to ensure preservation of existing data integrity


  • Coordinate activities and implementations with other projects, work groups, and management at all levels


  • Individually and jointly responsible for small to medium size project planning, status updates, risk management and bringing assigned projects to a successful conclusion.


  • Develop and execute advanced SQL queries





Job Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant discipline required


  • 3+ years of related data experience


  • Advanced SQL skills and experience creating complex queries


  • Experience in a testing QA/QC environment


  • Experience regularly working on issues where analysis of multiple situations or multiple points of data requires a review of a variety of factors


  • Experience and familiarity with data required to resolve non-standard issues efficiently


  • Ability to make recommendations regarding department policies


  • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint


  • Proficient project management skills


  • Proficient level of experience working with the Microsoft Office suite of programs


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Proficiency in designing and completing business analysis and drawing credible conclusions and recommendations


  • Excellent problem-solving skills


  • Familiarity with real estate/public records industry


  • Ability to clearly convey technical issues to technical and non-technical team members both verbally and in writing


  • Ability to work well in a matrix organization


  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment





Annual Pay Range:

73,500 - 83,200 USD
