Description: The Judge Group is seeking an Engineering Technician for a contract opportunity with a Medical Device client
Job Title: Electronics Technician
Location: Marlborough, MA - Fully Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Test and troubleshoot electronic circuitry down to the component level.
- Assist in building and validating test fixtures
- Rework circuit boards, including SMT components.
- Construct cables for test fixtures and prototypes based on provided drawings.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototype circuits from schematic drawings.
- Perform functional testing following written procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Associate of Science degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- Proficiency with circuits, including mixed signal, sensor, microprocessors, gate arrays, and digital I/O.
- Strong soldering skills, including SMT components.
- Experience with various crimping tools for wires down to 30 AWG.
- Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Strong debugging skills.
