Job Title: Hospice RN Case Manager



Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice RN Case Manager sought for 12 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday.



Minimum Requirements:

• MO or Compact RN license


• 1+ year hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years


• BLS


• HCHB Admission experience highly preferred
