Overview
This position will provide administrative, operational, and project support to ensure the successful execution of program activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including Monday board updates.
Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Assist in compiling data and preparing reports, presentations, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Gather data for program metrics, performance tracking, and process improvement recommendations.
Organize and coordinate program-related events such as workshops, meetings, and team-building activities.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of program documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and program guidelines.
Identify and recommend improvements to administrative processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or program support role.
Experience in a government contracting environment or program management setting is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
