The Department of Business Administration in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a continuing-track instructor position in Management. The starting date for the position is August 2025.

Candidates must possess a Master’s or Ph.D degree in management, human resources, or a related field. Successful candidates will demonstrate the drive and vision to develop an innovative, cutting-edge instructional program. The position involves teaching courses in organizational behavior, human resources, and other management-related subjects, depending on the needs of the department. Teaching load is typically a maximum of eight courses per year with potential reductions for service activities. This is a permanent position, renewable with increasing contract renewal lengths (starting at two years and moving up to five-year renewals).

The Department of Business Administration is housed within Lerner College and offers degree programs in management, entrepreneurship, global enterprise management, international business studies, marketing, and operations management.
