This position is responsible for monitoring raw products for shipping or receiving and insuring products have passed all critical control points and been released by pre-shipment reviewer while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
The Data Collector is responsible for checking and recording temperatures of finished product out of the oven accurately and in real time
They are also responsible for grading the product for overlaps, mis-shapes, broken pieces, folds, breader voids, or anything else that is not desired in our finished product.
All of this has to be done in a timely and accurate manner.
The data collector is also responsible for responding to trends in product temperatures, reacting immediately to temperature deviations, and taking corrective action when temperature limits are not met.
Requirements:
Must be able to read and write, do basic math and have basic computer skills (for data entry)
Operator must have good communication skills, both verbal and written
