Position Overview
This position is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable operations of our asphalt plants.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following essential functions satisfactorily:
Develop and manages the asphalt budget.
Analyzes financial data and makes effective decisions based on the data.
Oversee asphalt production scheduling and maintenance.
Design and manages capital expenditure projects.
Participate in strategic planning.
Provide continuous coaching, constructive feedback, general work direction and hold the team accountable.
Provide training and development opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to meet shared objectives.
Requirements
Pre-employment screening is required before being employed by Callanan Industries, Inc.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
Education / Professional Experience
3+ years supervision experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Previous work experience with a union shop is preferred.
