Job Description:
* Manage a high volume of customer inquiries through email
* Read and assess incoming emails to understand customer needs and concerns.
* Draft clear, professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
* Collaborate with internal teams if additional product or service information is needed to resolve customer issues.
* Maintain consistent email correspondence; no phone communication is required.
* Ensure all responses adhere to professional grammar, punctuation, and tone standards.
* Track and follow up on outstanding customer concerns to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
* Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information in customer communications.


Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED required
* 6+ months of previous customer service experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Must have excellent typing and computer skills

* Pay rate: $18-20/hr
* Location: 100% in office
