In this exciting role, you'll:
Supervise and develop a team of Senior Accountants
Oversee fixed asset accounting and capital asset reconciliations
Manage and review personal property tax filings and audits
Oversee sales and use tax filings and audits
Coordinate quarterly income tax provisions and annual corporate tax returns
Lead month-end close activities, including GL entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
Prepare audit schedules and financial analyses
Cross-train on other accounting functions as needed
You'll be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
Experience with fixed asset accounting and tax-related tasks
Preferred Skills:
CPA, CMA, or MBA
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar fixed asset systems
Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
