Ability to read technical prints and understand assembly techniques for through-hole, SMT, and mixed technology.
Proficient in electronics and PCB knowledge.
Experience collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with PCB insertion equipment, manual insertion techniques, wave soldering, and PCB cleaning processes.
Knowledge of SMT production equipment is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in PCB assembly, including through-hole, SMT, or mixed technology.
