Background in accounts payable or receivable preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive experience may substitute for formal education.
Familiarity with specific accounting software is a plus.

Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data.
Responsibilities will include accounts receivable, some accounts payable, collections, and data entry.
Processing electronic transactions and mail.
Ability to learn from feedback and adapt.
Schedule: Flexible hours with a typical workday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM; earliest departure can be 4:30 PM. After a training period, employees will have the option to work from home a few days each month.
