As a NetApp Global Service Logistics Program Manager, you participate in providing project management services for internal operational programs from initiation through delivery. These GSL professionals act in the role of in-house subject matter experts and manage across an array of internal processes and systems relevant to the successful completion of internal services/support goals including technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, assigning and coordinating resources and creating/tracking project schedules. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals in a number of Service and Product Operations functions, with a focus on developing, managing, tracking and documenting internal operational programs and projects.
Essential Functions:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operational management, or a related field or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is[$156,420] - [$219,800]and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
