The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a key part of the sales leadership team and is responsible for leading and building our revenue operations function. As a trusted advisor, the VP of Rev Ops will work closely with both the marketing and sales organizations and cross-functionally throughout the business, to turn data into actionable insights and strategies that address improvement opportunities and increase sales productivity.  This role can be based out of our Dallas corporate office, or remotely.


Here's What You’ll Get to Do



  • Lead Sales Operations that include the following functions: sales strategy & deployment, performance management, commercial reporting & analytics, sales training & enablement.

  • Act as the voice of field on major initiatives and working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate effective deployment of resources, impactful programs and process/tools that remove friction in the sales process

  • Develop and implement processes, tools, and metrics to optimize the revenue generation process. Continuously monitor and analyze revenue performance, profitability, identify trends, and recommend actions to drive profitable revenue growth and improve operational efficiency on a daily and weekly cadence.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate and reliable sales forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations based on pipeline analysis and market trends to support effective sales planning, quota development, and resource allocation.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement program that includes onboarding, training, and ongoing support and skills assessments.

  • Develop the company’s process to synthesize market data, customer analysis, and company strategy to create targeted “above the funnel” opportunities for the sales team. Cascade to sales channels and track KPIs via a lead management process.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline revenue operations and enhance productivity. Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales operations team. Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Lead roll-out of major sales initiatives


Here’s What We’re Looking For 



  • Ability to travel as needed for the role- target 25-50%

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or similar discipline, in-depth understanding of sales processes, sales reporting including forecasting, territory planning and incentive compensation

  • 10+ years of experience and proven success in go-to-market strategy and operations roles in Manufacturing and/or Building Materials industry

  • 5+ years of sales target planning and compensation design

  • Demonstrated leadership in building diverse, cross functional and high performing teams while delivering results

  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable and measurable strategies

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Demonstrated strategic and impactful leadership in highly collaborative, ever-changing environments
