The Digital Product Analyst is responsible for developing hypotheses and drawing insights through the analysis of site and digital product data. Alongside a multi-disciplinary team, the Product Analyst will use these insights to support the development of customer facing solutions designed to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Product team to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement metrics. This includes hypothesis development, performing insights analysis, and developing dashboards.
Support a/b testing and optimization program with strong data-storytelling.
Drive strategic decision-making and prioritization efforts by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement using
Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support data collection for business reporting.
Work with internal and external partners to ensure data collection, processing and governance are up to date and conform with how the industry is evolving
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline
At least 4 years of experience working in an analytical role
Advanced proficiency with SQL and Tableau; experience with Google Analytics,
Adobe Analytics, or another web analytics tool is an asset
Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary
Experience working with large datasets in a business environment
Position based at our Austin, TX headquarters office located off Southwest Parkway. Must be willing to relocate if not local.
Onsite 3 days a week.
