The Digital Product Analyst is responsible for developing hypotheses and drawing insights through the analysis of site and digital product data. Alongside a multi-disciplinary team, the Product Analyst will use these insights to support the development of customer facing solutions designed to drive business outcomes.


Responsibilities:




  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement metrics. This includes hypothesis development, performing insights analysis, and developing dashboards.

  • Support a/b testing and optimization program with strong data-storytelling.

  • Drive strategic decision-making and prioritization efforts by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement using

  • Develop KPI frameworks and digital analytics tagging recommendations to support data collection for business reporting.

  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure data collection, processing and governance are up to date and conform with how the industry is evolving



Qualifications and Attributes:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline

  • At least 4 years of experience working in an analytical role

  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and Tableau; experience with Google Analytics,

  • Adobe Analytics, or another web analytics tool is an asset

  • Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing

  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment; must be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary

  • Experience working with large datasets in a business environment

  • Position based at our Austin, TX headquarters office located off Southwest Parkway. Must be willing to relocate if not local.

  • Onsite 3 days a week.
