Job Description:

My client is a renowned and successful Real Estate developer, owner/operator, and investor with over 18,000 units in their national portfolio and an asset pipeline worth over $6 billion.


Looking to add a Community Manager to their team who will support a 400+ unit affordable housing property in the Bronx.



Must Have:

• 3+ years experience in NYC affordable-housing management


• Extensive knowledge of HUD/LIHTC


• Experience managing a team of 10+ building staff, 32BJ
