Solutions Engineer, Sales Support Harris Local Government - Remote
The essential responsibilities of theSolutions Engineerare described below.
Work in tandem with HLG South’s Sales Directors and VPs to develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Lead all product demos and serve as the product subject matter expert on client calls and in-person meetings.
Own and manage RFP response process and work cross functionally to complete all sections of client RFP/RFIs.
Partner with the Product Development and User Interface Design Teams to maintain and enhance the company's sales demo instances to keep up with product releases and create the best possible external image
Work closely with Product Management to distill marketplace requirements into product enhancements
Effectively and professionally represent the HLG South and our products to both technical and non-technical audiences; must be willing to take ownership to become intimately familiar with local government financial solutions, metrics, and trends with a keen ability to relate our solutions as a strategic fit for these needs.
Qualifications
A BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience
2 + years of client facing experience with a track record of becoming an expect on the solutions and use cases quickly.
Skills/ Experience Required
Expected to devote the time needed to learn solutions and use cases within first 60 days and continue to advanced knowledge years beyond actual tenure.
