The position of the Delivery Disptach will serve as the liaison between customers and delivery drivers. The Delivery dispatcher will communicate, delegate, and manage customer orders and delivery driver routes. Dispatch will have excellent communication skills, comply with state and local laws, and maximize the delivery service process by maintaining positive relationships with delivery drivers, customers, and key internal partners.
Responsibilities
Promote a positive work environment that puts the customer or patient experience at the forefront Maintain complete knowledge of all delivery operations, policies, and procedures Establish and maintain working relationships and provide assistance as requested to managers, supervisors and employees on an ongoing basis Verify that each delivery order matches the customer or patients order form/slip and ensure that products are scanned and manifested correctly Communicate with customer/patient through phone, email and/or chat on one of the designated platforms used by the Company Process orders and efficiently route deliveries in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas Verify cannabis product and order details before dispatching routes
