Shift Pattern: 7am - 11:30pm Open availability to work including any day of the week, any shift, weekends and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, you would be responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• 
  
  • Unloading and loading of commercial and household washers
  • Unloading and loading of commercial and household dryers
  • Fold clean blankets, duvets, toppers, robes ect.
  • Putting away clean bedding items (blankets, toppers, duvets ect)- will entail emptying linen bins
  • Moving of linen bins - industrial size
  • Stocking and moving of pick stations for room attendant carts.
  • Ensure Bulk linen storage area is neat & organized
  • Stocking of the supplier and reserve carts for the room attendants.
  • Moving supplier and reserve carts for stocking from the guest floors using service elevators.
  • Pushing & pulling up to 100lbs.
  • Intake and out processing of team member uniforms for cleaning.
  • Returning clean uniforms to team member slots.
  • Removing terminated team member uniforms from slots.
  • Handling of outgoing guest laundry.
  • Handling of outgoing and incoming Executive laundry.
  • Keeping all areas swept, mopped and neat.
  • Must be able to work with groups of people.
