Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)


  • Completing assigned engineering drawing changes associated with manufacturing engineering projects and/or change orders; this may occur weekly.

  • Designing tests and data collection methods to support project justification, proof of concept, and verification of effectiveness; occurs regularly.

  • Leading a project from conception through implementation, including developing a project charter, and a project schedule and facilitating communication and decision-making stages through completion; this occurs irregularly.

  • Investigating production or process issues and providing support through observation, inspection, rework, and identifying and documenting changes to procedures or processes; this occurs irregularly.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as: manufacturing or industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.

  • Proficiency in Pro Engineer, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
